Happy to help anyone in need, Minnesota native Allen J. Peterson is a problem-solver. Allen is a 2017 graduate from the University of St. Thomas - School of Law. Organized and assertive, Allen takes a real-world approach to practice that focuses on getting results. Allen focused heavily on criminal law early in his career in and after law school and his practice now includes an extensive amount of family law matters, ranging from divorce with or without child custody, single-parent custody, and domestic abuse.

Allen's areas of practice also include child protection, harassment restraining orders, name change, child adoption, restoration of firearm rights, expungement, DWI charges, and matters of implied consent.
