Until recently, travel was a major limitation for clients in finding attorneys to take their cases.  Clients needed to locate attorneys close to where their case was or pay increased fees for travel time.  That is not an issue now, virtually all cases are being handled by video all over the state.  Just last week I had a hearing in Ramsey County.  Before video hearings, that would have meant a three hour drive each way, possibly worse if traffic was bad, finding parking, navigating a large courthouse, alot of increased time and expense for my client.  Now, I just sign on from my desk, no travel time or costs for the client.  We can help you anywhere in the state with no travel, and no increased cost to you.
